Big dark fruits, loads of body and strong tannins.

They made the decision to name the wine “Fall” in honour of the Autumn months, because in the glass and on the table, it oozed the comforting, hopeful qualities of those bygone months. Perfect with a take-out curry or a three-day cassoulet. And maybe it was just a little bit of a wistful bow to all of those amazing things about the harvest, wine and winemakers that we’ve missed so much while in constant lockdown.

Vinification that respects not only the consumers but also the grapes by involving little to no additives. The resultant wines are a pleasure to enjoy yourself and a joy to share with others. Christophe works with crafts people, passionate women and men. Whether they already are winemakers of note, or young talents yet to be discovered, they all embody high standards and imbue great sincerity.
