: Bodegas Fuentenarro is a small bodega run by the Perez Garcia family based in the village of La Horra in the Province of Burgos. They have grown grapes for generations but only started making their own wine in 2002. They farm 20 hectares of vineyards in numerous plots ranging from 20-70 years old. The vineyard is over 90 years old, planted by Pedro’s grandparents at a height of 840 meters, on a strong clay soilthat retains the humidity, even in dry periods of extreme heat.
